Our services include but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching, group coaching sessions, workshops, and digital content related to personal development and goal achievement.
User Obligations
Account Registration: Users may be required to register an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and to promptly update such information if it changes.
User Conduct: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Elevate GPS Coaching.

Payment and Refund Policy
Fees: Fees for our coaching services are specified on our website or provided to you during the consultation process. Payment is required to secure your coaching sessions. Payment plans must be paid 3 days prior to each session.
Refunds: Elevate GPS offers a refund policy for our services under certain conditions. There are no refunds 7 days after the first session.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content provided during coaching sessions and on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and audio-visual material, is the property of Elevate GPS Coaching and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use the content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Elevate GPS Coaching will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
